SELF-PAY PROGRAM COSTS

Residential Care Program
4 week curriculum: $15,500
Weekly Cost: $3,875.00

Program includes:

• Clinical Assessment
• Navigated Care throughout your stay
• Treatment planning
• Whole-person chemical dependency treatment including evidence-based educational tools and lectures, exercise, nutrition and relaxation techniques
• 1 on 1 counseling
• 24 hour support
• Intensive behavioral support as clients learn new tools to manage cravings, social changes, or other learned habits that get in the way of recovery
• Lodging and 3 Chef Prepared Meals Per Day

Program does not include:

• Medical and other fees including emergency and in-patient hospital services, physician visits, pharmacy and diagnostics

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
4 week curriculum: $13,400
Weekly Cost: $3,350.00

Program includes:

• Clinical Assessment
• Navigated Care throughout your stay
• Treatment planning
• Whole-person chemical dependency treatment including evidence-based educational tools and lectures, exercise, nutrition and relaxation techniques
• 1 on 1 counseling
• 6 daily program hours
• Intensive behavioral support as clients learn new tools to manage cravings, social changes, or other learned habits that get in the way of recovery
• Nearby lodging and 3 chef prepared meals per day conveniently included in the price (valued at 70 per day*)

Program does not include:

• Medical and other fees including emergency and in-patient hospital services, physician visits, pharmacy and diagnostics

*During the program, clients may be eligible to live off site per their counselor’s approval and on their clinical presentation. Clients will be refunded $70 per each evening spent off-site and will be provided a daily lunch.

• Your level of care, Residential or PHP, will be determined by your clinical evaluation. Most clients experience time at both levels.
• While our curriculum is based on a 4-week schedule, your length of stay is based on clinical necessity.

Payment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own bill – not their insurance carrier or managed care company. St. Helena Recovery Center cannot hold insurance companies responsible for payment of our treatment fees. An insurance policy is a contract between the client and insurance plan. Because St. Helena Recovery Center contracts directly with clients upon admission, clients are responsible for payment of services.

Our financial counselor will assist clients with their insurance and may also offer in-house financing options upon approval. On the day of admission, please bring an insurance card, driver’s license and credit card or checkbook for any agreed upon co-payments.
