Admissions Process

At St. Helena Recovery Center, our professional staff and Client Services Advisors are committed to assisting clients and their families with our admission process. We operate 365 days a year and admit clients seven days a week. If you or a loved one is suffering from a drug and alcohol problem, our treatment program may just be the solution that you’ve been looking for to relieve you or a loved one from the chemical bindings of addiction.

Admissions Process Overview

Generally, clients and family members undergoing the admissions process can expect the following:

1. Phone call with Client Services Advisor – The admissions process initially begins with a phone call. Our Client Services Advisor will answer specific questions regarding St. Helena Recovery Center’s treatment program. Prospective clients can contact our Client Services Advisor Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST) at 1-866-346-3323.
2. Tour Our Facilities and Meet Our Staff – Prior to enrollment, clients have the option to meet with our staff so they have a better understanding of our residential program, daily program schedule as well as financing and insurance information. Clients are able to tour our facilities and Napa Valley location prior to embarking on recovery.
3. Enrollment – Once a decision is made to attend St. Helena Recovery Center’s residential treatment program, our experienced and compassionate nurses will work with insurance companies to advocate for each client, maximizing the benefits indicated in their insurance policy. We help our clients navigate their health insurance plan paperwork. We also assist clients with financial arrangements as needed so they can focus on receiving the care they need and follow through their recovery journey.
